At Sugarplum Store, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the unworn fashion items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
